Where are the orders coming from?

Most Urban Champs orders are dispatched from our primary facilities in Champaign-Urbana, IL. To ensure faster delivery on specific items, we also utilize a network of trusted fulfillment partners located in California and Mexico.


The orders are being shipped via what courier service?

We collaborate with several dependable couriers, primarily USPS and UPS, to provide the most efficient shipping possible. Our system automatically selects the best carrier for your package based on its final destination and total weight.


How do I get the tracking number?

As soon as your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please note that we currently provide tracking updates exclusively via email, rather than SMS or text.


Who should I contact regarding my order?

While your package is in transit, the carrier (USPS or UPS) will have the most accurate, real-time data regarding its location. We recommend contacting them directly for logistical inquiries.

Standard orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, while pre-orders take 4-6 weeks. Once dispatched, the final delivery timeline is determined by the carrier and may be impacted by external factors such as weather or transit delays.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Urban Champs serves customers globally through our internal facilities and partner network. While we strive to minimize shipping overhead, please be aware that international customers are responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their regional carrier upon delivery.


What happens if an order gets lost?

While we are not responsible for carrier errors, we are happy to assist if your package goes missing. We recommend first filing a claim directly with the carrier to locate the shipment. If the carrier officially deems the package lost and provides a claim confirmation, please contact our support team. Once verified, we can issue a replacement or a refund for the cost of the items. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable as those funds are consumed by the carrier at the time of the initial dispatch.
