At Urban Champs, our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Please note that return approval is at the final discretion of our support team. If the 30-day window has passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange. For the most efficient experience, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for your desired replacement.

• Our policy lasts 30 days from the confirmed tracking delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The decision to grant a return is still at the discretion of our customer support agents.
• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exception: If an item is listed as a pre-order we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless your order was fulfilled incorrectly or arrived damaged.

Damages

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact the Urban Champs support team right away. We are committed to evaluating the issue promptly and ensuring we make it right.

Exchanges

To receive your new item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original product for a refund. Once your return is processed and accepted, you may place a new order at your convenience. This ensures the fastest turnaround and guarantees your desired item is in stock.

Refunds:

We will reach out as soon as we have inspected your returned item to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued immediately to your original payment method. Keep in mind that banks and credit card providers typically have a processing period before the funds appear in your balance.
